How we did it

With complete responsibility for the design, as well as operating as the project main contractor; CDC addressed all issues of construction and regulatory compliance through working closely with the hospital RPO and Trust estates team to successfully deliver the installation within programme.

Working within the confines of a ‘live’ hospital site, professional management by CDC first oversaw the careful strip-out of the old 1st floor facility prior to the installation of the new. High quality finishes were used throughout, all installed by CDC’s approved supply chain ensuring the new installation can truly be considered ‘state of the art’.
